Position Summary
Contact Center Analytics and Technology application is looking for a well-grounded database developer. The position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in a key role for critical applications in SQL Server and Hadoop with high visibility to the business.
Responsibilities:

• Implement data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes.
• Resolve database performance, database capacity and other distributed data issues.
• Responsible for technical design, development and delivery of new features.
• Provide architectural recommendations and optimizations across environment.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Data, Analytics and Insights Technology.
• Perform a variety of tasks; a degree of creativity and latitude is required.
