Data Domain Lead
Job Description Catalyst is a multi-year, multi-disciplinary initiative to establish an innovative and simplified global CRM platform for Commercial Banking's front-office. With over 3,500 users onboarded across sales, data and business management, the platform is continuously evolving to further streamline and digitize the sales process.
Catalyst is looking for a highly talented Data Domain Architect Lead who will be aligned to a capability feature domain of the Salesforce CRM platform such as marketing / activity engagement, client relationship, sales pipeline management, or core platform infrastructure. This role will partner with a Catalyst Product Owner and will lead and manage the execution of converting strategy into value driving features and functionality.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM object model and integration patterns, the ability to distill abstract information into logical themes, and is comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop consultative partnerships across multiple stakeholders with a strong understanding of business drivers and underlying feature needs
- Serve as resident subject matter expert and imbedded resource within feature domain
- Conduct business process analysis with key stakeholders, identify and document feature and data needs which support processes both up and down stream.
- Facilitate use case and requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation of new features to address specific business needs.
- Conduct research and development with emerging technologies, determine their applicability to business use cases, document and communicate their recommended use in the firm
- Lead teams through the SDLC lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery of feature related work requests
- Drive root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Identify and document best practices, and drive implementation
- Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations
Additional qualifications
- Working knowledge of SaaS applications and relational databases
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including test automation and testing over Salesforce releases
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum Experience
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of software programing language and query writing and execution using SQL or other data analysis tools
- 3 to 5 years supporting or implementing data-centric solutions
- 3 to 5 years business/ systems analysis or project management experience
- 3 years hands-on experience supporting Salesforce.com
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
