Municode ​is a growing legal publishing and technology company hiring for the position of Data Conversion Specialist. The Data Conversion Specialist is a motivated individual, able to independently organize, plan, and prioritize their workload, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:

• Convert documents into the software framework accurately and efficiently
• Ensure a high standard of accuracy and style consistency
• Track any questions or items of concern that come up during the conversion process
• Work closely with Project Managers to prepare materials for review with the customer

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of two years of college with an additional two years' work experience. Prior experience in data entry and HTML is a plus.
• Proficient computer and communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
