Data Business Analyst
Our data team manages the data transformation and import process for our new customers as they onboard with Payzerware from various other software systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding a customer's data in their current system and mapping it to the appropriate fields in our database. You will ensure that it is cleansed and loaded accurately into our database, confirming that the user interface functions properly after the data is loaded. You will also identify and manage any customer data issues that occur as a result of the data-load process, and follow them to resolution with our in-house data loading teammates.
The Payzerware Data Business Analysts are:
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Tech savvy
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Experienced with creating, documenting, and maintaining processes
- Comfortable communicating with and assisting customers
- Passionate about helping people solve problems
On a typical day, a Payzerware Data Business Analyst will
- Work closely with customers, sales, technology, and customer service to ensure that our new customers have a seamless transition into Payzerware.
- Attend Kickoff meetings with new merchants / Payzerware Implementation Specialists to discuss data loading strategies
- Receive and analyze data files (CSV and JSON) from customer data systems
- Prepare/manipulate data files for upload into the database
- Review results of data loads to ensure accuracy and completeness of data loads
- Communicate directly with customers, as needed, to resolve any data issues / questions
Logistics:
- You have to live in the Charlotte, North Carolina or surrounding area
- You can balance collaborating in our beautiful South Charlotte offices 2-3 days per week with working from home 2-3 days per week, based on your schedule and preference
- Starting September 1, 2021, we require new employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID prior to their start date
Requirements
- Good humans with a positive attitude
- Great at listening to other people
- Very comfortable with software, technology and data
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
- Experience with JSON format is a plus
- Experience with database tools (Access, Microsoft SQL) is a plus
