As part of the OptumRx Direct to Consumer Business, the Data Architect will manage data from multiple sources. They will create and maintain dashboards that will summarize KPIs for leadership and stakeholders. This role will work independently and as part of the data team to analyze and interpret data in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain dashboard to bring data into a common structure
• Collaborate with department heads to understand data requirements
• Ability to see trends and interpret data
• Present analysis to stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data processes and dashboard
• Work with data team to identify opportunities for improvement and create solutions
• Ability to apply analytical instinct and influence in a fast-paced environment and within ambiguity
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet productivity goals
• Ability to proficiently manage multiple projects at once
• Understanding of and ability to apply compliance standards across multiple program type

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Math, Statistics or related area, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel
• Proficient with SQL

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
