The Role

The Data and Analytics Senior Manager will serve as our Subject Matter Expert leveraging advanced skills to connect the team to new data sources, integrate benchmark and customer data for consumption, and lead the execution of analytics and reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The position will mentor junior team members.

Who we are looking for

• An individual with the ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities with commitment to a culture of diversity, curiosity, flexibility, transparency, and accountability.
• Experience leading analytics projects, hands-on solution development, and mentoring junior staff
• Advanced skills with SQL, Python, or similar programming tools with experience using statistical methods/measures to understand healthcare claims data 
• 6+ years data analytics experience including data reconciliation, program performance evaluation, and/or root cause analysis
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with concentration in Information Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Epidemiology or other programming and data related fields of study

What you will do

• Advance the role of analytics as strategic thought partner across the business and will contribute to a culture of theory testing and data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to understand analytics needs, develop plans to address those needs, and deliver solutions to meet those needs
• Lead the validation of reporting packages, responses to questions, and ad-hoc requests resulting from these reports
• Develop short-term, quick-win functionality as well as longer-term, deeply analytic capabilities that will provide insights and contribute to organization goals
