Who are you? 

We’re looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to bring game-changing insights to Helium 10 and lead a high-performing team of data analysts. You will also be responsible for managing and engaging with high profile customers in defining analytics best practices and product requirements. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of high performing data analysts and provide mentorship, guidance, and career development 
• Establish team goals through collaborating cross-functionally to understand business needs and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results
• Build a solid framework for collecting, analyzing, and sharing product key performance metrics and behavioral insights
• Become a cross-functional leader that informs product and business decisions through championing data analysis best practices, developing readouts, and consistently sharing data insights in a clear and easy-to-understand way
• Collaborate with the data science and engineering team to develop a data infrastructure that allows analytics to gather insights efficiently and at scale

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience working with data in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of people management experience (or equivalent experience managing peers or team members in a mentorship/informal capacity)
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, visualization tools (ex: Tableau, Amplitude), and programming languages such as Python
• Experience using quantitative approaches to deliver business insights and drive change
• Experience leading major end-to-end analytic projects (planning, design, hands-on development, stakeholder management, communication, and maintenance)
