Senior analyst responsible for delivering a full range of reporting deliverables that are both complex and critical to various areas of GCB. Capable of coordinating, organizing, analyzing, preparing and presenting GCB performance results to senior management. Represents GCT Production Management in enterprise governance groups and is involved in assisting with short and medium-term action plans related to GCT Production Management performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Represents Global Consumer Service Performance reporting interests and needs in the Enterprise governance working groups and committees.
  • Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within defined area of responsibility
  • Contributes to data analytics standards around which others will operate within GCB and GCT Production Management.
  • Participates in strategic business engagements to build the right level of data analysis and inclusion and assist in designing and developing content using and industry standard tools
  • Employs developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
  • Capable of producing actionable analysis where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken.
  • Develop and execute processes to that supports the highest level of data analysis accuracy, trends, classification and categorization as per Citi guidelines.
  • Interface with process and tool owners across GCB, Production Management and other parts of the organization to address and correct issues impacting Reporting/Analysis for GCB Production Management; should be skilled in recommending tool enhancements/improvements
  • Responsible for preparing, producing and publishing reports, including content which is required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end basis.
  • Capable of creating, supporting, engaging in various visualization tools in order to provide scale, depth of understanding around complex issues and to engage multiple levels of the organization in the review and resolution of complex issues.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree
  • Minimum 8+ years information technology
  • Minimum 6-10 years in Banking and Credit Cards systems for a clear understanding of Business products, customer touchpoints and supporting technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Service Support functions (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Experience analyzing incident, problem and change data
  • Proven track record in a communications planning and execution role


Technical Skills Required:
  • Expert with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visual Basic/Macros
  • Training or equivalent experience with Industry standard visualization tools.
  • Experience with using SQL and SQL Server Analysis Services. Javascript and Angular a plus
  • Experience working with technology systems supporting Banking systems.
