The Data Analyst will support, manage and deliver data research, reporting, analytics and insight that enable a wide range of innovation and strategic business decisions. We are in search of driven, self-motivated team players who will thrive in a constantly changing and time sensitive environment. This role requires candidates who are energized by solving complex problems and have the tenacity to push through to complete difficult projects.

What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst, you will ensure our innovation and leadership teams can make informed decisions on new product development based on sound data and insights

  • Collaborate with all team members to help evaluate and create new products via data analysis
  • Use supporting data and problem-solving skills to address key questions, partnering with internal clients to identify and measure opportunities
  • Analyze large, complex internal and external data sets and extract meaningful information
  • Utilize SQL, PowerBI, Excel, etc. for analysis and visualization of data and insights
  • Lead the development, design, build and support of reports and dashboards conducive for business insights, reporting and analytics
  • Assist in the development and tracking of metrics to analyze pilot performance
  • Present ideas and recommendation to various level inside the organization
  • Engage with external customers to review their pilot data with them



Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience



Critical Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Outstanding problem-solver
  • Passion for data analysis and data visualization
  • Strong technical skills with some business acumen; healthcare experience a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with multiple BI and Analytics platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven record of leveraging data to make evidence-based decisions



Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience with data modeling and ETL tools
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders, both inside and outside the company
  • Healthcare data experience preferred
