About The Position

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Innovation team. In our world that means someone comfortable working with proven analytics technologies like SQL, Amplitude, and PowerBI, creating and learning from our users and stakeholders, developing analytic strategies and processes, and guiding communications around analytic findings to influence business decision-making. They will care about things like data quality standards, as well as understand our target segments in a way that allows for the translation of data in meaningful way. They will lead in the conception, development, and implementation of analytic plans and make recommendations for new processes and procedures. They will continually grow in their own skills to keep pushing the leading edge of our analytics team. They will spend their days connecting not only with our customers, but also working directly with other researchers, designers, and marketing associates as an integral partner and collaborator.

Responsibilities include (but are not necessarily limited to):

· Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Amplitude, and PowerBI

· Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data and leverage appropriate cleaning and data transformation techniques to ensure it can be used effectively

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven insights

· Create models that can help predict future outcomes or trends based on historical data.

· Identify areas for improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting

· Work with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes

· Communicate and visualize complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency of data sources and work with our teams to maintain the highest standards of data quality

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS company

· Expertise in SQL, Segment, Amplitude, and PowerBI

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus

· Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

· Experience working with top-level leadership

· Outstanding collaboration and communication skills (oral and written)

· Ability to leverage multiple data sources and identify trends in data

· Ability to travel 10-20% for the purpose of internal team meetings and potential meetings with clients

Bonus Round:

· Experience managing vendors, as well as direct reports and comfortable with mentoring

· Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

· Experience with NetSuite and MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
