Description and Requirements
This Data Analyst position will be part of the Services and Solutions Group - ISG product enablement organization's Data Analytics team responsible for providing analytical solutions to the product enablement organization. You will be responsible for exploratory data analysis, creating data pipeline and building business-centric visualizations.
You will be part of a highly dynamic and agile data team. The ideal person for this role is a highly analytical, quick learner and has a keen interest in services and operations and is excellent in delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Extract and transform data from various data sources for exploratory data analysis and visualization
  • Formulate, develop, and optimize high-performance, fault-tolerant, secure, and scalable data pipelines and data warehouses for data analytics operations
  • Design, develop and maintain production-ready visualizations using Power BI, Tableau and /or Qlik
  • Navigate large complex datasets to produce analysis, and correlations and draw crucial insights
  • Work closely with Sales operation and development teams to implement crucial data processes and find solutions to complex business problems
  • Present analyses and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
  • Collaborate with I.T. and other internal groups to address data quality, master data management, data governance, and metadata management goals and issues
  • Automate and transform legacy data processes using Python/R


Basic Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or in other quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics (SQL, Python/R)
  • 5+ years of experience in developing highly intuitive visualizations (Tableau, Power BI and Qlik)
  • 5+ years of technical experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Software Development, or related roles
  • Knowledge of B2B & B2C sales cycle and database segmentation strategies
  • Experience working with data in various forms: files (Excel, CSV...), relational databases, data warehouses
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization and interfacing with broad set of stakeholders across various functions


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or in other quantitative discipline
  • Experience with services and product operations
  • Practical familiarity with Business intelligence and Data Science tools and techniques
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions
  • Strong ability to understand and organize structured and unstructured data from various sources
  • Practical Data engineering experience (ETL, Data Warehousing)
