The Data Analyst II is a multi-functional role. You'll be responsible for managing ado data requests and summarizing results for presentation to executive leadership. You'll also make recommendations for system/process enhancements, document business requirements and perform user acceptance testing. Successful individuals will be self-motivated and comfortable challenging the way things have been done to drive improvement.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and manipulation of mostly structured data
  • Identification of system improvement/enhancement opportunities
  • Definition of project requirements
  • Development and execution of user acceptance testing test cases
  • Will be primarily supporting the DC LTSS plan Go Live

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, facilitating and documenting requirements (such as process flows, test cases, and/or business requirement documents) gathered from both business and IT counterparts
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL
  • Experience in analyzing technical data and communicating the findings to technical and non-technical staff


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with SAS, SQL, or Tableau
  • Experience forecasting marketing or telemarketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with Health insurance products
  • Ability to quickly acquire and apply knowledge
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and possess the ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities
  • Excellent communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
