What you will do

• Analyze and provide deep insights to what developers are doing and how they interact with the API Platform.
• Define and track performance metrics for the API Developer Experience product group for existing and new products 
• Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights.
• Build, maintain data quality whilst continuously improving product dashboards 
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software and Data Engineers and other Analysts to drive decision making 
• Identify and Request new Data sources for BI aggregation to fulfill analysis and reporting needs

What you will bring

• Excellent data and business analysis abilities with the ability to understand the “Why” from the data and present a narrative to stakeholders across the business
• Experience with Tableau or similar (Qlik, PowerBI), with experience creating dashboards for other users
• Experience with Product analytics (Amplitude) and Web analytics (Adobe & Google Analytics,)
• Experience with using SQL and advanced SQL techniques
• Experience in working with complex, high volume, multi-dimensional products
• Curious mindset - you ask Why? And then “Why” twice more to get to the insight.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen
• Ability and willingness to:

• Proactively identify issues and come up with solutions
• Work in a global, fast-paced environment

What is required for application

Required

• Track record of success in producing high-quality analytics
• Bachelor's degree with honors in Information Systems, Data Science, BI, Computer Science or an equivalent. 

Desirable

• Proven experience in a business analyst or data analyst role
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and willingness to deliver results
• Superior verbal and written  communication skills
