Job Description Summary
The Data Analyst will deliver professional activities in the Operations Management job family with a focus on Business Operations, including data analysis and reporting. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analysis for review. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Business.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes to determine program performance and opportunity for efficiencies.
- Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytics solutions.
- Capture, develop and documents data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficacy of the data from other departments with the expectation of drawing inferences and conclusions from the information gathered.
- Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Support the reporting requirements by way of data pulls, queries, and automating processes/tasks, creating reports, scorecards and dashboards.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Data management, Tableau and SQL experience is required.
- Healthcare Operations or Healthcare IT Experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 49,000 - 81,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
