We are currently seeking a Data Analyst - Business Objects to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Data Analyst - Business Objects

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Drives analysis, assessment, and recommendations
• Work with Technical Discovery team to lead interviews and/or workshops
• Collaborate with Client that Tech design aligns with business needs; drives data analyses to support project initiatives.
• Analyze the organization and design of processes and systems, assessing the business data model and its integration with technology.
• Assess the current state, identify requirements, and define the future state and/or business data solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information
• Understand conceptual view of data flows end to end.
• Assist in data/process gap analysis (e.g., critical data elements), taking inventories, and bug fixes, anticipating and resolving issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years developing business intelligence solutions using Business Objects
• Expertise with Universe Designer/ Information Designer Tool
• Minimum three years of experience working in healthcare insurance domain
• Experience mapping data from one or more sources to another
• Experience with one or more relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with SQL queries and analytics
• Experience gathering business requirements from subject matter experts
• Experience working in healthcare insurance domain

Preferred Skills:

• Some report writing experience is preferred.

Location & Travel:

Remote position for candidates currently in continental United States. Travel to Phoenix, AZ may be required as necessary
