Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing analytic deliverables based on client specific needs
• Analyzing and interpreting reports from tool and identifying actionable findings

• Preparing analytic deliverables for customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in health informatics, healthcare management, public health, or math
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as other Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Crystal, BusinessObjects, etc.)
• 7+ years of benefit plan design, managed care and health care data analysis experience
• Highly developed analytic skills with attention to detail
• Advanced project management skills
• Strong presentation design skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of health care benefits and strategies
• Ability to demonstrate sound decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and foster strong team relationships including mentoring peers

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400.
