Primary Responsibilities:

  • Designing/developing, programming, maintaining, and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers
  • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
  • Impact of work is most often at the team level

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of developing Business Intelligence / Visualization software (such as Tableau, Power BI, Crystal, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience working with relational databases & database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, or Teradata)
  • US citizenship (to meet our government contract obligations)
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience in a Business Intelligence or Business Analyst role
  • Experience using data manipulation software such as Alteryx or SSIS
  • Healthcare industry experience, ideally with claims data and case management data

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
