Looking for a Senior Manager (manager of managers) to lead Cybersecurity Data Intelligence team. In this role you will partner with Cybersecurity leaders, managers, and key stakeholders in collaboration to determine their analytics needs and how best to deliver the required analytics and reporting solutions to support those needs. You and your teams will be helping to define, measure, and report on key risk, performance, and control metrics. Under your leadership, you will empower your team to identify data inputs required for these analyses, and set the course on how to best use the data provided by the stakeholders to effectively manage Cybersecurity risk.
External to Cybersecurity, you will partner with GRC, Business Unit Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk functions in order to perform these activities in a repeatable, controlled, and risk-averse way.
This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining the technical IT / cyber security capabilities necessary for safeguarding the firm's information systems and applications (software development lifecycle), including every phase of the SDLC and software stack. Design, plan, test and implement phases of cybersecurity technology projects.
You will review the current department transformation strategy and roadmaps (currently 9 months in execution) to validate / enhance to ensure alignment in continuing to accelerate building out the Cyber Data Science functions to be best in class maturity. This leader will be instrumental in overseeing the strategy roadmaps and ensuring appropriate operational processes are in place to enable realization of tangible value. This role is instrumental in collaborating with the teams in laying the foundations for accelerating the way we bring data and insights to Cybersecurity and business operations.
This leader will be actively engaged with team members to ensure teammates are excited about their careers, have appropriate training, and are sufficiently challenged within their roles.

Responsibilities :
- Work as a working mangers with 12 direct reports. Hire, develop, retain, and lead a team of top talent managers, data scientists, and data engineers.
- Lead the team to deliver strong results by researching and building cutting edge, viable methodologies and solutions.
- Partner and influence leadership to ensure team priorities and output directly impacts Cybersecurity strategy, direction and growth.
- Own the data pipelines, the warehouse, and modeling layers that power Business Intelligence for Cybersecurity business operations.
- Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity leaders, Engineering teams, GRC, and Internal Audit to ensure the accuracy and integrity of any analytics put into Production.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to drive a data culture.
- Develop and maintain the technical IT/cyber capabilities including all phases of the software development lifecycle and software stack which includes threat modeling of application designs, static application security testing (SAST), software composition analysis (SCA), dynamic application security testing (DAST), and penetration testing.
- Lead efforts related to designing, planning, enhancing, and testing all cybersecurity technologies used throughout the enterprise including base-lining current systems, trend analysis, and capacity planning as required for future systems requirements and new technologies.
- Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the use of new information security technologies, or modifications to existing equipment and systems that will provide capability for proposed project or work load, efficient operation and effective use of allotted resource
- Lead the implementation of new information security technologies or integration of existing technologies including initial configuration, installation, change management, and operational handoff
- Use sophisticated analytical thought through models, testing, and experience to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
- Responsible for technical support of information security technologies providing expert problem analysis and resolution in a timely manner
- Set the team's direction and communicates individual and team priorities and deliverables for the team against expected results. Make leadership decisions within established policies, procedures, and established objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network operating systems, identity management, database activity monitoring, encryption, content filtering, and Mainframe security
3. CISSP Certification
4. Previous experience in leading complex IT projects
Preferred Qualifications:
5. Master's degree or MBA and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
6. Banking or financial services experience
7. Other security certifications (e.g. CCNA Security, GSEC, GCED, GPPA, etc.)
8. Other technical Certifications (e.g. CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, etc.)
- 10+ years of related experience in strategic thinking, team leadership (direct and/or matrix), ideally in establishing and growing a data engineering and data science practice in a large company but at minimum in Cyber and/or technology.
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
- A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value objectives.
- Proven data literacy - The ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options. The ability to translate among the languages used by executive, business, IT and quant stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists. The candidate should be able to "sell" ideas and processes internally at all levels.
- Proven record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, build teams and consensus, get things done through others not directly under his/her supervision, and work ethically and with integrity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the following is desired, but not essential: data structure, information systems/tools, related software and data management, record-keeping policies and practices in a complex organizational environment.
- Broad experience desired, but not essential, in multiple competency areas of data and analytics delivery. Examples are data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data strategy, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, regulatory compliance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Knowledge of best-in-class data modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization software and techniques. Experience with Tableau an asset.
