About the Team

The Client Experience (CX) team aims to make the client journey effortless and to inspire confidence along the way. Providing personalized service requires a deep understanding of client preferences and history, applied to the operational reality of a team of dedicated operators. Delivering on the company promise should also be informed by client insight, both from interactions with the CX team but also from the broad feedback we receive about every element of the experience. 

About the Role: 

The Client Insights Team is responsible for providing cross-functional partners with a deep understanding of client friction, identifying and seizing opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that transform the relationships we have with our clients.   

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Connect expertise in the varied sources of structured and unstructured client data to quantify the impact of friction on the broader business 
  • Analyze complex data sets, applying the right questions, frameworks, and statistical techniques
  • Conduct ad-hoc business cases and ROI analyses to drive innovation in product and service offerings that would drive incremental value
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines for experiments and analyses
  • Partner cross-functionally to define metrics of importance in experiments, monitor signals, and co-develop recommendations for the client experience 
  • Partner with members of our operations team to surface feedback, translate client experience learnings into tangible behavior changes, and inform with our vision
  • Advocate for the client by turning your analyses into data-backed stories that inspire and convince our cross-functional partners, including executive leadership 
  • Identify blockers or opportunities for improvement with our current data collection methods and make recommendations to mitigate 
  • Explore and bring new tools and methodologies to the Insights team 

We’re excited about you because you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, statistics, behavioral science, or related field; graduate degree a plus
  • 5-7 years of modeling and analytics experience, with at least 3 years of experience with data scripting languages: proficiency in SQL required; Python a plus 
  • Ability to develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, use of strong baselines, ability to accurately determine cause and effect relations
  • Hands on experience leveraging BI platforms like Looker or Tableau
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
