The Director of Customer and Market Intelligence is responsible for developing the customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, modeling and forecasting to commercialize new products, enter new markets and provide enhanced target strategies to sales. The individual will have strong competencies of how and when to use specific research methodologies and the know-how to select and manage appropriate research partners and consultancies. 

The ideal candidate will be able to integrate Customer Insights, Market and Competitive Intelligence findings with analytics, to drive strategic decisions and generate competitive value for the AiCure brand. The ability to synthesize insights to create compelling segmentation, refine messaging, and establish strategic pricing in collaboration with Product and Campaign Marketing as well as other stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of customer experience metrics, such as NPS, and brand measurement are also critical components of the customer and market insights mix needed to further our brand growth.


Responsibilities: 

Establish a new CMI function at AiCure delivering against a research roadmap and architecting the CI roadmap. Create the right reporting mechanism and synthesis to deliver value to internal stakeholders in Leadership, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, Campaign and Digital Marketing, Brand, Product Management and other key functional areas. Deliver revised proforma launch plan demand models, pricing models and revenue/profit plan based on data-driven insights. Refine messaging and positioning based on insights. Gather all existing internal competitive and market intelligence, assessing data gaps and determining an on-going mechanism for deriving insights which refine marketing and sales targeting, segmentation, and sales enablement. 


 Job Qualifications: 

  • US and Global experience with SaaS technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or health care related industry 
  • Minimum of 5 years in health care market research with specific experience in survey design, data analysis (including secondary data), managing suppliers, managing subordinates, presenting results, and recommending courses of action that are supported by research findings


Education & Training: 

  • BA/BS required. MBA/PhD preferred. 
  •  Client or consulting side experiences. Strong background in statistical analysis.
