The Customer Adoption Manager is responsible for driving user adoption of Dataiku within a portfolio of Global Enterprise Accounts. This position supports the efforts of Enterprise Customer Success Managers and proactively works with Dataiku users around the world to increase breadth & depth of software adoption. The Customer Adoption Manager works closely with other Dataikers and leans heavily on technology platforms to support our customers. This individual's performance is based on specific metrics associated with customer product adoption, customer satisfaction & net retention.

In this role you will:

  • Monitor software usage patterns with an assigned portfolio of Global Enterprise Accounts and intervene as needed with various success plays to drive software adoption
  • Gain a deep understanding of individual customer’s business processes and how the use of Dataiku can enhance their efforts
  • Support Enterprise Customer Success Managers as they enable senior stakeholders to achieve their desired business outcomes
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as User Advocacy, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing
  • Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and continuously innovate
  • Execute in-person and online user adoption strategies to support Account Plans
  • Document customer proof points related to use of Dataiku and its business impact for customers
  • Leverage data from internal systems including Dataiku, Dataiku's Community Platform, Salesforce, Gainsight & other tools
  • Execute a technology enabled approach including email campaigns to reach a broader audience of users
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout design & delivery of multiple projects worldwide
  • Attend customer meetings & events as needed with the willingness to travel ~25%
  • Consistently report on results, risks & opportunities
  • Stay current on Dataiku’s products, competitive landscape & data science trends
  • Embrace & contribute to Customer Success team methodologies

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years experience in software & technology
  • Relevant experience in driving software adoption within enterprise accounts, project management, customer success, sales and/or product management
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar course of study
  • Proficiency with various data science tools, Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce & PowerPoint
  • Coding experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of software adoption & workflow integration
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts with data and interpersonal communication
  • Ability quickly learn and understand the vocabulary, concepts and key metrics of data science
  • Proven success building internal and external relationships and ability to understand the needs of both customers and their stakeholders
  • Passion for serving large organizations & data science
