CRM Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated data analyst, A problem solver with a passion for the CRM and email marketing world. The ideal candidate will enjoy designing a data driven approach for measuring our CRM campaigns in addition to improving our CVR, AOV and LTV by leveraging our data for better targeting and messaging.
**This is a Full Time Position based out of our Central Tel Aviv Office.**
Responsibilities
- Develop and run quantitative analysis, models, reports, and more with the end goal to support our CRM efforts
- Identify high value audiences and work with the CRM team on targeting strategy
- Personalisation - Work with our data science team on personalised offers based on data we collect on our prospects / customers
- Improving our LTV, AOV as well as increasing email and SMS share of revenue
Requirements
- B.A / B.Sc degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
- 2+ years experience as a Business/Marketing Analyst in an online environment
- Experience in an ecommerce or DTC industry preferred
- Experience querying data warehouses (SQL), analyzing data, and arriving at insights using quantitative techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools
- A quick learner who can manage multiple projects at a time
