PURPOSE STATEMENT

To provide managerial reporting and financial analysis with a focus on manufacturing and distribution costs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Global Markets Transfer Pricing:
    • Maintain the transfer price lists for products exported internationally.
    • Provide quarterly costing updates.
    • Provide daily quote requests.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly Global markets capital tracking summary
  • Track Global markets business group productivity projects monthly (ROCS)
  • Support export pricing analysis with customer and product code pro forma P&L's
  • Provide financial analysis in the areas of manufacturing costs
  • Provide financial analysis in the areas of key commodities
  • Provide financial analysis in the areas of freight and warehousing expenses
  • General supply chain/operations support and analysis
  • Special projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Makes presentations to management as assigned.
  • Performs physical aspects of job, including being able to work well under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines, and variable schedule.
  • Performs all responsibilities within the policies, procedures, and code of ethics of the Company.



KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting; coursework in communication and computer use; training in common software used in analytical work, especially Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
  • 2-5 years experience, including use of personal computers and related software.
  • Spreadsheet modeling, spreadsheet design and construction, database design, and reporting are essential experience/skill requirements for this position.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; effectively work in a team environment; work well under pressure and deadlines; trustworthy with confidential information; strong customer service orientation; self-starting ability to see what needs to be done and do it; computer literate in spreadsheets and graphics; excellent financial analytical ability including a sense for the reasonableness and accuracy of numbers.
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
  • Performs physical aspects of job, including being able to work well under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines, and variable schedule .
  • May be required to travel by plane and/or car to meetings, or other plant locations, although travel will be minimal.
