ABOUT THE TEAM:
FIS is looking for a Communications Analyst to join our Client Center of Excellence team in Milwaukee, WI. This position will execute the development, production and implementation of internal and external communications. This includes representing the company in a favorable manner to various levels of press and industry personnel, as well as communicating our company philosophy, policies and marketing strategies to employees and outside resources.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

  • In this role, you will write news releases, management briefs, critical issue bulletins, employee bulletins, articles, speeches, slide presentation scripts, marketing brochures, documentation, newsletters and SOPs.
  • You will determine content and graphics to explain and enhance written materials, as well as edit materials for content, grammar, format, etc.
  • You will gain approval on materials from appropriate personnel, review final copies to ensure correctness and readiness for production, and arrange for production, duplication and distribution of materials.
  • You will work with outside vendors, (e.g., design firms, advertising agencies, free-lance writers) to develop design/concept of communications materials and/or prepare materials for publication.

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a communications-related field, e.g., advertising, public relations, marketing, communications, intra-company communications.

  • Proficiency in communication practices and techniques
  • Knowledge of the production requirements for printed material, television and/or radio advertising
  • Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in managing media representatives
  • You are very organized and detail-oriented; able to work with shifting priorities
  • You love analyzing issues and devising efficiencies to better the client experience
  • You are looking to join our team and build a long-term career with FIS

  • Financial technology or banking/finance industry experience
