Contract Inventory & Asset Analyst

Our Data Centre Operations team build and manage scalable and secure data center across the globe that powers Dashboard and many other applications. We are looking for a hardware and network technician to build and support our servers and network devices as we continue to rapidly grow into new regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Managing inventory and financial data in spreadsheets
  • Conducting routine monthly and quarterly audits on asset counts
  • Procuring inventory including cables, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
  • Assisting in the creation of new orders
  • Working with Meraki’s vendors in gathering the data necessary to manage inventory counts or procure inventory
  • Coordinating Vendor and Supplier Meetings
  • Assisting the Data Center Manager in financial administration tasks

You’re an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 1-5+ years of procurement, asset and inventory experience in warehousing, Data Centers or in logistics.
  • Are proficient in Excel
  • US Citizen as you will be working within US Federal Data Centers
  • In driving proximity to San Jose, California
  • Solid Organization and Time Management Skills

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in Jira, Trello or Service Now
  • Experience with IT server hardware
  • ITIL experience
