Configuration Technical Data Manager, Senior
Key Role:

Develop, implement, and maintain a configuration management program, including configuration audit plans, covering hardware and software in an integrated approach. Validate and maintain complete and accurate configuration identification of each Configuration Item (CI)/Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI) and government-approved and established Functional, Allocated, and Product baselines for equipment and systems. Provide configuration status accounting to delineate the status of changes from the baseline, the status of proposed changes, and the status of implementation of approved changes. Employ the government-approved ADP systems for configuration status accounting.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with configuration management
• Experience with lifecycle management, including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Experience with IT systems for software and hardware, change and configuration management, and desired state configuration (DSC)
• Experience auditing assets, ensuring usage and configuration settings for managed assets, systems, environments, and services are in compliance, and generate requisite reporting artifacts
• Experience implementing and maintaining processes for the management of assets and configuration items that adhere to enterprise asset and configuration management processes, policies, and guidelines
• Experience working with various ITSM and CMDB tools and the necessary data and tool integrations with other systems and services
• Experience processing artifacts, including incident, problem, and change records
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• ITIL Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in managing, maintaining, updating, and enhancing configuration management systems across all required configuration items and their relationships to other configuration items and artifacts
• Experience maintaining configuration and utilizing IT assets, including cloud assets, ensuring all aspects are identified and current in configuration management systems and trackable asset registers
• Secret clearance
