Please review the following job description:

Responsible for review of condo project documents to ensure compliance within investor guidelines and Truist Risk policy. They will do this by reviewing all appropriate documentation in a timely fashion and working with their Sales Partners to ensure closing on time and within guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Analyze financial statements, legal documents, budgets and insurance policies for adherence to investor/bank guidelines Analyze Condo Reserve studies and related budget structures for adherence to investor/bank guidelines Identify and elevate project issues to the appropriate teammate for further evaluation Approve or decline condominiums based on a comprehensive review of the supporting documentation applying either the investor or bank guidelines Review and decision condominium projects for both all products available

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Three to five years of mortgage or consumer lending underwriting experience Solid technical and problem-solving skills. Work in a deadline driven environment Exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly comprehend information Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Supplemental knowledge and experience in residential mortgage lending, including underwriting, processing or origination.
