ABOUT THE TEAM
Leads compliance/RISC support activities and ensure effectiveness of the Compliance Program for assigned products, services and business activities. Responsible for partnering with Corporate Compliance on regulatory oversight of core or significant high risk product lines that contain complex banking functions.
NOTE: This role may be worked remotely from anywhere in North America. Preferred locations are Milwaukee, WI, and St. Petersburg FL.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Track, review and drive resolution of pending RISC, audit, assessment requirements; to ensure on-time completion. Assist in prioritization of development items to resolve open RISC/audit/assessment items.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and drives resolution of pending RISC, Audit, Assessment, and Solution Central items.• Demonstrate strong knowledge of FIS Policies and Procedures related to our processing, privacy and other related policies.• Participate in implementing changes that have regulatory impact• Participate in PI Planning sessions to ensure prioritization of development needs required to resolve regulatory or RISC findings.
• Represent the Line of Business in Audits, Assessments, and RISC meetings.
• Liaison to Corporate Compliance on issues and matters pertaining to regulatory compliance of FIS products, services and business activities.• May performs periodic reviews and evaluations of FIS products, services and business activities to validate compliance with applicable laws and regulations or detect regulatory violations, weak controls, policy violations, or other potential areas of exposure.• May interfaces with legal counsel and federal, state and local agencies, as needed to address regulatory or compliance issues, concerns or questions.• Assists the business with responses to customer compliance-specific questions and concerns in partnership with Corporate Compliance.• May prepare internal and customer communications covering compliance issues (bulletins, position statements, monthly reports, etc.) in partnership with Corporate Compliance.
• Create and maintain reporting on open items/findings• Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Extensive knowledge of the FIS Milwaukee EFT/ATM environment preferred.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
•Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner•Excellent analytical skills• Ability to understand technical documents and legal or regulatory reference materials• Ability to understand and apply learned concepts• Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations• Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques and tools to compliance /RISC issues
Ability to follow and conduct a compliance monitoring program• Ability to provide information to a variety of audiences and deal effectively with confidential issues that are sensitive in nature• Ability to share information with awareness of its effect on others.

•Professional with extensive proficiency.
•Ability to work independently with only administrative supervision
•Ability to overcome major obstacles and recognize early when issues should be escalated expert
•Wide latitude for independent judgment
•Ability to effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel.
