What you will do at Inspire11:

• Maintain, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Identify unique provisions in contracts requiring additional compliance oversight.
• Analyze existing contracts to identify trends in key terms over time to guide our negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Prepare quarterly reports on deadlines, rates, and expiration dates.
• Identify opportunities for us to improve our relationships with clients, vendors, and partners by amending or ending contractual relationships and make recommendations to the General Counsel.
• Work with managers and employees to implement new processes.
• Determine the effectiveness of new processes and adjust as needed.
• Research regulations and policies and update our compliance checklist.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Carry out compliance activities on a regular schedule.
• Keep other departments abreast of compliance requirements.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and/or participating in professional societies.

• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, statistical and database software, and are comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.
• You have an excellent eye for detail and strong organizational and/or project management skills.

• You have excellent communication skills.
• You can multitask and manage your time well.
• You have a degree in business administration or a related field.
• You have 2+ years of experience as a Compliance Analyst, Contract Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar position.

Special Information about this Position:

• Exempt, salaried position;
• 30 hours of work expected per week (still eligible for all medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well 401k match);
• Chicago-based employee preferred, but full-time remote work will be considered for an excellent candidate; and
• Opportunities for advancement long term, as the second employee in the Legal Department in a growing company.
