About the Role:
The Cloud Reliability Analyst is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance Epicor Cloud Services. Incumbents perform tasks associated with the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of cloud applications, as well as mentorship of other members of the Cloud Reliability team.
What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the development, deployment, and operational support a Web-based SaaS application and related system in partnership with our SaaS Customers ensuring their success.
  • Implementing our infrastructure as code and implementing change controls.
  • Implementing monitoring, observability and alerting tools such as dashboards and logging systems to understand the health and availability of our infrastructure and applications.
  • Maintain high system availability via monitoring and proactive issue resolution
  • Orchestrate the software release process and support upgrade and conversion activities
  • Optimizing for stability and enabling on scalability.
  • Collaborating with teammates and working cross-functionally with different engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of GitOps processes for driving auditable and repeatable changes to infrastructure
  • Develop an understanding of the application dependencies upon, and relationships to, infrastructure pertinent to performance and capacity (scalability) issues
  • Create functional documentation to assist co-workers or like skilled individuals with covering your duties and responsibilities


What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience supporting infrastructure engineering
  • Automation of infrastructure management tasks is a requirement
  • Cloud engineering experience. Azure and AWS preferred
  • Knowledge of Fargate, Route53, CloudFront, Lambda, Application Insights, Cloud Watch, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Artifactory, Cloud Formation, Terraform.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving incidents, outages, and being part of an On-Call rotation
  • Familiarity working with environments-as-code
  • Kubernetes experience
  • PHP / PowerShell / ARM templates / C# Scripting experience
