Client Services Analyst

The Client Services Analyst will help support all aspects of the Client Services team from business development and operations through project and service delivery initiatives. This role offers diverse experience across several key areas of the business requiring a highly organized individual with a broad skill set and a talent for multitasking. The depth and scope of this role provides a great opportunity for advancement throughout the organization for the person that demonstrates the right attitude and aptitude for learning.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Assist in the compiling of Sales presentations, Statements of Work, and other business-related materials
- Help to develop and implement plans that support organizational strategy
- Support and manage Entrega initiatives
- Define and develop new reporting and data aggregation
- Interpret metrics and reporting to drive change and new processes
- Maintain, develop and implement process and procedures for the team
- Assist in project management initiatives related to client projects
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that support career development
- Creating initiatives to solidify and advance the organization's culture
- Support recruiting efforts through development of job descriptions and workflow management
- Evaluate business proposals and make recommendations accordingly
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of applicable experience required
- Self-starter with drive and ambition to succeed as part of a broader team
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure, self-manage, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiencies
