We are currently hiring a Client Partner who has deep technical expertise in implementing BI and DWH projects and has several years of successful consulting implementations.
The Client Partner is responsible for client success and successful delivery inside a set of defined customers. She/He/They will own the day to day client relationship and be responsible for managing and developing sophisticated senior client relationships and strategic business partnerships within a set of accounts. The ideal candidate is well versed in developing and fostering long term relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing Account Management to ensure quality project delivery, client satisfaction and account expansion
- Responsible for successful project delivery with the ability to understand the momentum of technical projects and the challenges a highly technical team will face in project execution
- Create opportunities for account expansion with additional project opportunities
- Drive thought leadership and the innovation experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven success managing and developing sophisticated senior client relationships and strategic business partnerships across key accounts.
- Experience contributing to a clients’ business using a highly consultative and solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated history of success in professional services consulting, pre-sales, technical account management or project management
- Proven track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions
- Proven track record of navigating complex customer environments with demonstrated resolutions
- Understands Agile project delivery methods
- 10+ Years Consulting Experience
- 5+ Years Project Management Experience including scoping/timeline management/project planning
- Familiarity with Project Services Sales Cycles
- Ability to effectively manage own time and responsibilities among competing demands
- Experienced in creating proposals, SOWs, and quotations
- Consulting or Sales Engineering experience with Analytics/Data Management or Data Strategy projects
- Strong Business Acumen
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel 50%
