Please review the following job description:

Responsible for leading strategic business enablement and transformation initiatives on behalf of CIB executive leadership. Leverages subject matter expertise and leadership skills to design and execute a broad array of business initiatives, including strategic planning, new product initiatives, business change efforts, M&A evaluation/integration, resource/functional investment plans and other special projects, partnering with executive leaders, functional leaders and other business and functional resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Plays an integral role in supporting the Business Enablement team to help drive the growth of all CIB business and product lines.
2. Performs tasks assigned and managed by senior business enablement staff aligned to strategic business initiatives, transformation / integration efforts, resource planning, and process improvement.
3. Performs data analysis and synthesis to produce business performance analyses, financial performance analyses, ROI analyses and other types of business and market intelligence, employing models, databases and other data analysis skills / tools.
4. Applies CIB business understanding, critical thinking and resourcefulness to perform basic internal or external research to support business decision making.
5. Prepares executive level business case proposals and presentations, as well as process maps, and other types of communication tools.
6. Assists with project plan development, stakeholder coordination, project management, progress tracking and implementation.
7. May assist in training and directing the work of junior Analysts.
8. Develops and maintains effective internal working relationships across CIB and the bank
9. Applies solid risk management skills in complex risk environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree
2. Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
3. Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
4. Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
