Change Management Senior Analyst - REMOTE
Cisco Meraki is looking for a Change Management Senior Analyst to join our Business Operations team! Meraki is making IT easier, faster, and smarter. As a business unit of Cisco Systems, Meraki is the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, with products and technology architecture that are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud- managed IT a reality. Headquartered in SF, the team has a growing international footprint with offices in Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and China. On top of that, we're on track to be the most successful acquisition in Cisco's history (and certainly the most fun)!
As a Change Management Senior Analyst, you will drive the development and delivery of change programs for cross-functional initiatives to help teams navigate periods of transformation. You will help our employees and customers feel empowered to adopt new ways of working when new technologies, systems, and processes are implemented. You will also be a partner to the project delivery teams within Business Operations and develop relationships across the company to offer services for large scale rollouts. Together with the change team, you will continuously learn and implement different strategies to best suit the culture and need.

Build and execute end-to-end change programs for organizational transitions, including:
- Stakeholder assessment
- Leadership engagement
- Change networks
- Impact analysis
- Communications
- Training
- Adoption measurement
Partner with project and business leads to achieve large-scale project or organizational change deployment
Build credible relationships across the organization
Champion change across Meraki
Who You Are
- Proven organizational change management experience within a consulting firm or medium-to-large organization
- Successful management of ambiguity and changes in direction and priorities
- Deep knowledge of change principles and methodologies
- Solid grasp of how new systems, processes, and tools can affect people and their work
- Ability to effectively influence peers and managers
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver outstanding results with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
