About the team:
As part of the Global Customer Operations Change Management team, you will collaborate with the Business, Product, IT, and other areas within Global Operations to deliver and support projects through the project lifecycle and align with the day-to-day operations.
What you will be doing:

  • You will work with the business to interpret requirements, perform downstream Operational impact analysis, and agree changes across Global Operations.
  • You will Identify, develop, and implement new end to end processes or update existing processes to support the project and conversion strategy and deliver Operational readiness.
  • You will lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams and work with all parties to agree changes and resolve process gaps.
  • You will create or assist with creation of documents and guides such as workflow diagrams, process documentation, internal communications, training job aids, etc.
  • You will serve as liaison between the project team and Global Operations subject matter experts to ensure the requirements are met and implemented according to plan.


What you bring:

  • 3 - 5 years of change management or business analysis experience
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate business requirements into day-to-day operational processes or procedures.
  • High level of organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A high degree of flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and task alignment.

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Career level role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. The Change Management Analyst II is responsible for review and approval of change for applications, services, and infrastructure of medium complexity. This role may assist in establishment of simple quantitative measurements and metrics relating to change activity. Additionally, may be involved with establishing change management standards relating to product release and/or infrastructure maintenance. Works with little supervision or guidance on non-complex projects to learn through experience.
