Job Description Sales Optimization Business Analyst

JPMorgan Chase needs a curious, passionate Business Analyst to discover the requirements for our new marketing and sales convergence that unlocks value to the field and builds revenue for the firm.
The Sales Optimization Product Team establishes opportunities for consistent tech, data, and business processes to achieve maximum ROI for the Bank while maintaining a strong controls agenda. Our mission is to build subject matter expertise and develop core sales enablement capabilities across all instances to provide greater connectivity between users and clients. We work to develop solutions with a unified and scalable approach to allow for greater efficiencies and cost savings across the firm.
The Business Analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems. They will align with the Product Owner to translate business use cases into functional requirements for effective and innovative business solutions . Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and refining requirements related to integration and curation of Salesforce features for use by our Sales, Marketing, and Data teams. A successful BA will also i dentify and define opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Lead refinement sessions across lines of business for new feature use cases
- Document requirements via JIRA user stories with Gherkin format
- Build mock-ups and clarify user experience
- Follow SDLC Process controls
- Collaborate with business & technology partners to estimate tasks
- Define test scenarios and execute user acceptance testing
- Maintain partnership with tech leads, architects, other product owners
- Run sessions to demo new features and gather feedback / priorities
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in an Engineering, Product, or BA role
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- 1 year working in JIRA
- 3 years of experience in banking / financial services preferred
