Job Description CCB Privacy Office is seeking a highly motivated individual that can help drive Privacy data analysis and reporting to the next level. In this critical role you will be coordinating with leads across the office to define, design and prioritize their reporting needs. You will partner with tech lead to deliver key performance and risk indicators to an overall office dashboard. This individual will need to demonstrate strong analytic & problem solving skills, superior work ethics, and leverage sound judgment to effectively work in a fast pace and dynamic environment. These will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Building the 'next generation' privacy suite of data analytics and risk reporting
• Work closely with the business to understand success metrics, reporting requirements and functional needs; lead the implementation & operationalization of the Impact Framework for measuring OKRs
• Developing robust data and reporting tools for senior management (i.e. Alteryx, Tableau, Cognos).
• Identify and automate production routines to improve efficiency,
• Expanding analytic and data capability to improve our consumer experience
• Understands Agile and quality assurance concepts, metrics, methodologies and documentation standards.
• Executing the end to end reporting and data standards and ensuring the report delivery processes and data validation processes meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills, communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, writing, and presentation skills
• Requires 5-10 years of data analysis and reporting execution experience
• Expertise in SQL, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence concepts
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, and BI Reporting Tools (Tableau/Cognos) is preferred
• Knowledge of consumer risk management and governance concepts preferred
• CCB Line of Business and/or US retail financial services business process and procedure knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels across all functions
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment to build consensus
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically
• Experience identifying strategic improvements and delivering measurable change
