Job Description As a member of the Customer Data Delivery product team, you'll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. In addition to working with the development team to create new solutions, you'll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities.
The candidate must have the ability to partner with stakeholders throughout the firm to understand their needs and design and develop robust solutions that meet and/or exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of JP Morgan Chase businesses and the underlying technological infrastructure, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to producing high quality results.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

Role:
- Develop end to end plan for the execution of a project or analysis
- Manage a virtual cross functional team through a well-defined and documented project plan
- Perform complex and ad hoc analyses as needed
- Ensure progress and issues are clearly communicated in an easy way to understand
- Ensure quality of analyses and documentation
- Performs research needed to support project activities
- Identify data automation capabilities and apply them to appropriate use cases to create capacity for businesses
- Re-engineer data processes to optimize cycle time and reduce waste in data process step
- Monitor/improve performance of data automation solutions to ensure that businesses can rely on the solutions to conduct business operations
Scope:
- Owns at least one end to end project or complex work stream within a larger project as an individual contributor
- Drives and owns execution plan for their work stream
- Ensures output is aligned with broader goals of larger project or portfolio of project
- Coordinates preparation or availability of data or technology assets
- Executes documentation and ensures alignment with internal processes and controls
- Performs complex analytics and data pulls autonomously without needing to enlist data scientists
- Write communications on book of work for senior consumption
- Manage and own work plan autonomously
- Performs research needed to support project activities

Minimum requirements:
- Generally 3-5+ years of related experience (financial services, product management, or data related activities)
- Bachelor's degree in a related data discipline; i.e., Computer Science, Economics , or other
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL and one or more of the following SQL, R, python, HIVE, Alteryx, or other programming languages preferred
- Agile development experience
- JIRA and Confluence knowledge and application skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
