Financial Internal Controls - Leverages internal control framework by assessing internal controls and developing remediation plans to mitigate financial reporting risks and respond to changing business needs.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
A two year University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Description
- Ensures completion of account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry. Completes the month-end close process. Performs activities under minimal supervision.
- Compiles, consolidates and conducts analysis of accounting and finance information.
- Prepares standard journal entries that require analysis.
- Performs more complex monthly and annual account reconciliations.
- Prepares tables, charts and other exhibits for reports.
- May perform complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on complex projects.
- Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

- Responsible for CSSNA daily cash management.
- Analyze cash management variances and work with stakeholders to resolve the issues.
- Partner with CBS Cash Team and CSSNA business units to make sure timely cash application and availability of branch deposit information.
- Reconciliation of cash accounts.
- Microsoft Excel advanced skills preferred.
