Infosys is seeking a Capital MarketsBusiness Analyst. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your Business Analysis skills, technical and Domain proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Project initiation, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Solution Design and Testing. You will play an important role in creating requirements documents, Data Analysis, identify data quality issues and remediate. You will also deliver BRDs, Requirement's specifications for modules/applications, and lead validation for all types of functional/non-functional testing and support activities related to tracking, work allocation and status reporting. Candidate will be responsible to interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather system requirements. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in understanding Data Models & strong ability to write SQL and/or PL/SQL queries.
• Experience with data mapping and data analysis.
• Sound understanding of the functional and key product landscape in Capital Market space.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirement analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.
• At least 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• At least 8 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Strong exposure to any of the areas in Asset & Wealth management - Client Onboarding, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Performance Measurement, Books & Records, Order Management & Settlements, account oversight.
• Exposure to Asset Management - Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
