The Distribution Team’s Digital Analyst is fundamental to the day-to-day managing campaign promotions and yield management within the Revenue Operations Distribution Team. This role is responsible for mining and interpreting data across promotional channels, monitoring and analyzing key metrics - providing channel specific performance data insights, highlighting how delivery aligns with defined business goals and metrics, providing data driven direction on the daily promotional mix. The ideal candidate has experience working with web analytics reporting, possessing a strong attention to detail with excellent quantitative and analytical skills. We are seeking an individual that is team-oriented, open to change -- thriving in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude and is excited rolling up their sleeves and problem solving.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan monthly cross-channel promotional delivery to reach internal and external contractual agreements, providing optimization recommendations on promotional mix to improve yield and deliver on contractual goals.
  • Partner with Distribution Trafficker, providing daily direction on promotion executions.
  • Create & maintain customized Adobe & aggregated data dashboards, partnering with the Rev Ops Analytics and Data Management to incorporate Client campaign performance feedback for continued evaluation and promotional decision making.
  • Prepare and present delivery and KPI-driven analysis for internal teams.
  • Work with Partnership team to identify, test & incorporate new/improved products, platforms or vendors into the Distribution promotional workflow, researching and monitoring trends, opportunities, and obstacles with partner environments/technologies.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1-2 years professional experience in digital or web analytics, preferably in digital or interactive industries
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
  • Organized, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and deadline-oriented
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable on email, phone and IM, with the ability to effectively manage communication style up, across and down
  • Experience using Adobe’s Digital Marketing Suite of tools (Adobe Analytics) or similar industry standard web analytics platform as well as DSP Platform Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Excel

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $60,000 - $80,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
