Job Description

Work as the central contact for Bank Operations and be the liaison between Project Team, Ameriprise FSB, Accounting and Bank Operations. Provide support to projects as it relates to business requirements. Communicate implementation related information to the business, while providing guidance to determine system requirements and the best solution. Bring the documented work process back to Bank Operations and Provide training.

Responsibilities

• Attend Bank Project meetings and provide input and guidance to the group on best solutions and requirements
• Complete the required testing, trouble-shot and work to resolve any defects
• Create documentation for Bank Operations group and provide training
• Provide back up where needed for Bank Operations

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent (2-years)
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience required
• Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for
• education and experience
• Good understanding of the business unit they support and the financial services industry.
• Ability to understand and apply technology as it relates to the business.
• Solid understanding of 1-3 applications within platform (in-depth understanding of at least 1 application).
• Understands/supports methodologies.
