JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides level 1 MES system support to local manufacturing business teams. Works directly with clients and applies IT, business knowledge and experience to determine root causes of any issues encountered by the manufacturing business teams while utilizing the MES software to manufacture product. This role

Perform configuration of the FTPC MES software .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform configuration and maintenance of the MES software based on business requirements
• Provide level 1 MES system support to local manufacturing business teams
• Performs business process analysis to define configuration requirements
• Ability to coordinate medium size projects as a Business Systems Analyst resource
• Ability to perform end to end-user training in a 1on1 or class type setting as needed
• Provides support to existing applications and resolves business and technical problem
• SDLVC or Software Validation experience
• Manufacturing experience within a government regulated facility
• Experience with MES software functionality and capabilities to provide consultation to business and other IT groups when looking to enhance system capabilitiesnd customer service skills.
• Capable to bridge communication between technical and business areas for a full and complete understanding of expectations
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, including internationally.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 2 years of manufacturing / shop floor knowledge / experience
• 2 years of experience with FTPC MES software
• 4 Years of experience in working in an IT environment independently and in teams.
