Job Description

Butterfly Network is looking for an exceptional analyst to allow us to scale and optimize our operations technology. You will work with business and engineering counterparts to understand business flows, design solutions to automate and improve those flows and to lead their implementation. The ideal candidate will combine excellent problem solving and project management skills. Most importantly, you will bring a passion for helping us fulfill our mission to democratize medical imaging. 

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: 

• Identifying requirements for new systems and KPIs (key performance indicators) through stakeholder interviews and research
• Designing solutions and identifying internal and external resources required for implementation
• Managing projects to rapidly deliver new capabilities
• Analyzing existing system performance, identifying and resolving problems and potential barriers to scale
• Use Data to build operational reports & dashboards

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Experience using basic SQL

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):

• Experience with B2B/Enterprise sales workflows
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite
• Experience creating Integrations with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft
• Scripting experience (e.g. Python)
