The Koch Global Solutions Cloud Platform team is responsible for provisioning a secure and standard cloud environment to the Koch enterprise. We believe in All In. We have the exciting opportunity to hire a Business Systems Analyst to join a skilled cloud engineering team.

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable individual who will help innovate our platform service delivery and partner with our customers to drive valuable business outcomes. An ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for improving processes, must have a team-oriented mindset, and have experience with AWS cloud services. In this role, you will work cross-functionally; assisting our Architect capability in business case development, supporting the Cloud Platform Product Manager in product delivery and efficiencies, and support our agile working environment.
What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Partner with platform Product Manager to drive roadmap prioritization, identification of product enhancements and new features. Work to effectively capture business requirements and help to capture user stories, and support prioritization of backlog and sprint planning
  • Transform stakeholder needs into clear, comprehensive, and concise requirements
  • Provide oversight to ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions that can be easily interpreted by users
  • Oversee acceptable testing, evaluate criteria and results documenting areas of improvement
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving the user experience
  • Conduct review sessions to gain approval of requirements and manage change
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for the eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements in alignment with the overall change approach.
  • Assess and anticipate user/customer needs, expectations, and pain points
  • Collaborate across KGS teams and with our customers to implement business transformation projects, providing functional analysis, driving experiments, and contributing input to determine the best solutions


The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration and/or acceptance testing
  • Understanding of information technology, computer programing, management information systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven record of complex problem solving and decision making
  • Must have ability to utilize agile methods to handle multiple tasks, responding rapidly to changing priorities and working with tight deadlines


What Will Put You Ahead

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services or AWS Cloud Practitioners Certification
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
  • Experience with software testing and test automation tools
  • Scrum Master or Agile certification

Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
