The Associate Business Systems Analyst will be responsible to provide complete support for all applications used at the location and providing routine and ad hoc reports for each of the supported departments. Working closely with the corporate IT department to ensure all applications are setup and maintained within compliance of the policies.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Onsite support for DME and Pharmacy applications and devices
  • Remote support for telecommuters accessing the applications
  • Ensure all users have appropriate access to required software via installation or configuration
  • Acts as liaison between the business and vendors
  • Participates in meetings, provides input and shared documentation
  • Analyzes business and user needs and provides appropriate solutions
  • Assists or works on designated projects, to include but not limited to new software/device implementation or upgrades of existing software/devices
  • Logs and monitors support tickets to local and national help desks when applicable
  • Schedule and maintain daily, weekly and monthly tasks/reports with limited oversight

Required Qualification

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
  • Able to work in Las Vegas office
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in report development, analysis, and execution
  • Related experience in a healthcare operating environment
  • Experience with major systems implementation
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking experience/ability
  • Ability to effectively work with both internal and external clients
  • Supporting third party applications

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
