About the team:
We are a strong analytical customer centric support team for a key HORIZON Client. We work side by side with our client, onsite in their operations' Center; researching and bringing to resolution issues that may be encountered. We also collaborate with the bank, to understand and scope possible enhancements to our products to assist them with meeting their business objectives.
What you will be doing:
You will be meeting with the client, to discuss support tickets and enhancement requests. You will track outstanding support tickets and follow up consistently with the bank and FIS technical teams. You will write scopes for new projects and work with the bank through inception to approval of that scope. You will learn to write queries and extracts requested by the client. You may be asked to produce an excel worksheet for the client.

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Oral and verbal communication is essential. You will meet regularly with the FIS onsite team and the client's business owners and technical teams. Must be able to communicate with non-technical teams, making them understand the technical aspects of a support ticket as well as a project enhancement.
• Organizational skills are essential, multi-tasking with the ability to work support issues as well as new projects and enhancements.

What you bring:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Organizational skills are imperative, we must be able to multitask alternating between "break fix tickets" and new project enhancement requests.
• Communication skills, both verbally and written. When communicating understand who your audience is. There would be a difference in how you address the executive business owner and how you would communicate with the technical teams.
• Collaborate with your fellow FIS teammates as well as the client's business owners and technical teams.
• An understanding of IBM Query and Microsoft Excel.

Added bonus if you have:

• Extensive background in creating excel spreadsheets.
