As a Business Systems Analyst on our Professional Service team you will be responsible for contributing to successful project implementations and provide ongoing client support. You will support clients directly and indirectly in all phases of client life cycle. You will understand technical, educational, business management, internal responsibilities, and maintain accountability with assistance from management and peers.
Starting base pay for this role is between $56,000 and $70,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for bonus as well as competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a flexible time off policy in most locations.

Responsibilities
- Provides client-facing support with coaching and guidance from senior colleagues.
- Researches, addresses, and responds to ongoing service log requests.
- Configures the Origami platform to meet client requirements.
- Deploys and configures Origami standard data conversions and builds custom Excel data conversions using tools in Origami Admin UI.
- Performs unit testing of assigned deliverables.
- Leverages Origami standard configuration where possible and follows established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions.
- Identifies potentail scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Project Manager
- Assists with preparation of training materials for user training
- Extract, analyze and assess client business needs and workflows; make consultative recommendations
- Lead process documentation and tracking for the project management
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, Business Analytics or similar technical discipline
- 0-2 years for Business Systems Analyst I position
- 2+ years for Business Systems Analyst II position
- 1+ years of systems implementation, development, or business analytics work experience
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, XML a plus
- Strong attention to detail and drive excel in your role
- Aptitude for technology, databases, and computer systems
