ClickUp's Revenue Systems team is responsible for building and connecting some of our most critical enterprise software, including Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Netsuite, and iPaas technology. ClickUp is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to help us implement, administer and enhancing these systems with a focus on Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Netsuite and middleware. This is an opportunity to help build the foundation of a rocketship's enterprise business systems with multiple net new implementations on the horizon! You will have the opportunity to collaborate with functional teams across the company as well as leadership to build a world class revenue system.

The Role:

Specifically, the requirements of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Work on a variety of SaaS Application support and enhancement requests, primarily stemming from and connecting to Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, certified outside partners, and internal technical resources, and be a key driver in the administration and enhancement of Salesforce for the Go-To-Market (GTM) org.
- Proactively improve and maintain our new Salesforce implementation.
- Ensure system efficacy so our analysts can use customer and revenue data to create insightful actionable insights by way of Tableau dashboards that can enhance the effectiveness of sales leadership.
- Serve as technical operations resource for Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, RingCentral and Netsuite and the relationship between these systems.
- Implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platform as well as other SaaS applications.
- Play the role of quality assurance, testing changes before deployment.
- Research and advise on proactive best practices for Salesforce solutions, including update cadences, data hygiene, and effective reporting across the sales-org.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of SaaS application support experience.
- Mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Experience with installation and configuring of packages from the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Proficiency with data manipulation and complex financial forecasting and reporting.
- Project Management software experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a strong sense of prioritization.
Desirable:
- CPQ experience preferred but not required.
- Netsuite experience preferred but not required.
- Sales Operations experience a plus.
- (Bonus Points) Experience in a high-growth start-up.
