Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users' requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Align technical team with business vision and strategy.
• Works with product owners to refine backlog and support technical teams in implementation.
• Liaison with architects to align the technical roadmap with business roadmap.
• Participate in assessing application impacts and engaging with new business opportunities.
• Evaluate solution options and creates solution intent document.
• Maintains architecture documents and flow diagrams.
• Works with enterprise architects on cross application solutions.
• Knowledge of corporate standards and preferred tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in business and systems analysis
• 3+ years of work experience as a business or systems analyst in a healthcare domain with specific focus on plan design, member enrollment & eligibility
• 2+ years of experience in Agile
• Visio/diagraming experience
• Experience with eligibility systems and data
